After the 30-day window, all payments are non-refundable, and your subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
2. Courses, Templates & Training
Purchases of courses, templates, and digital training materials are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee, provided that less than 30% of the material has been consumed or downloaded. If significant progress has been made through the material, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
3. Renewals & Recurring Payments
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
Once a payment has processed for a renewal period, it cannot be refunded.
